Due to the nature of our products, **all sales are final**. We do not offer returns or refunds on any fragrance decants or samples.
**Damaged or Incorrect Orders:**
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at help.fragrancephilosophers@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
**Fragrance Preferences:**
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to personal scent preferences. We encourage you to try smaller sample sizes before purchasing larger quantities.
