Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes — all fragrances are 100% authentic and are hand-decanted from original retail bottles purchased through authorized retailers. We do not sell knock-offs, clones, or gray-market fragrances.
What is a “decant”?
A decant is a smaller portion of an original fragrance that we hand-pour into a new sterile atomizer. It allows you to try high-end scents without committing to a full bottle.
We offer sizes like 2ml, 5ml, and 10ml — perfect for sampling, travel, or building your own collection.
Are you affiliated with any fragrance brands?
No. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer or fragrance brand. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
How are decants packaged?
Each decant is:
• Hand-filled in a sterile environment
• Packaged in a high-quality atomizer (size may vary by volume)
• Labeled with the fragrance name and size
• Sealed for freshness
We do not use original manufacturer packaging.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is processed.
We ship via USPS Ground. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
How long will delivery take?
Shipping times vary by carrier and location. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays once your package is in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States due to restrictions on shipping alcohol-based products internationally.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene concerns, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We recommend using a secure delivery location to avoid missing packages.
Do you offer discounts or bundles?
